Technical Product Details:

  • Heating element in 11ml thick silicone rubber, uniformly placed to maximize heat distribution. Covered by smooth leather-mesh silicon surface which dissipates heat quickly when unplugged.
  • OTA Fiberglass Regulator can be added for precise Temperature Control – accurate to 0.1 °C
  • Adjustable Built-in Temperature Regulator. Plug to start heating, adjust temperature if needed. Temperature range: 50-200 °C
  • Extremely flexible with a bend radius of 1/4in (6mm) makes it easy to wrap and apply even on edges.

OTA Fiberglass Signature: Use double spring buckle sets on each end to adjust/ wrap onto different pipes/ diameter ranges. The double springs enable it to stretch down/up to about 6 inches encompassing a wider pipe range. Resists moisture, chemical, and radiation.

The OTA Fiberglass Heating Blanket is specifically designed for heat-curing adhesive joints in GRE and FRP pipe systems. With its flexible fiberglass construction and robust temperature control, this blanket ensures even heat distribution across the surface for reliable, high-performance bonding.
